What is the warranty on Skiin Products?

Warranty Coverage:

  • Skiin Garments — 30 days from the day they were purchased
  • Skiin Pod and Charging Dock — One year from the day they were purchased
If you notice something wrong with your garments, please try our troubleshooting steps first. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact our Support team at https://skiin.com/pages/contact-us or via email at support@skiin.com.

We will replace the defective part or the product, after it has been returned and found to be defective after being subjected to normal use. We will not replace any products that have been tampered with or found to have been broken due to user negligence.
