My SKIIN garment doesn't fit. How can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Each box has one "Try Me On" garment, which you should open and try on for fit before opening the other garments.

**Note that if you open garments that don't have the "Try Me On" label, these cannot be returned.**

If the "Try Me On" garment doesn't fit, refer to our Returns Page [/return-policy](/return-policy) for instructions on how to return or exchange.

What do I do if I haven't received my order yet?

Accepted Answer

Please allow up to 15 business days for standard mail delivery, from the day your order was shipped. This is due to the higher demand for online deliveries during this time. If you selected expedited shipping you can track your order via the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

What is the warranty on SKIIN Products?

**Warranty Coverage:**

- **SKIIN Garments** — 30 days from the day they were purchased
- **SKIIN Pod and Charging Dock** — One year from the day they were purchased

Can I return my SKIIN product for a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

**Important Notes:**

- This does not apply to any undergarments or base layers other than the "Try Me On" garments
- Items cannot be returned if they have been removed from the packaging and the seal is broken
- Shipping and handling, return shipping, or other charges are not refundable

What is the SKIIN shipping policy?

Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier to launch an investigation. If the carrier has confirmed delivery, but you still haven't received the order, refunds or replacements are handled by the carrier.

After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive another email with tracking information.
