Is the Skiin Connected Life App compatible with my phone?
Our app is compatible with both Android and Apple phones. For iPhones, you need to be running iOS 13.0 and above. Android phones need to be running OS 9.0 and above.
To connect a Skiin Garment, your phone must also be compatible with Bluetooth 4.2.
In order to use Skiin optimally with your Android device, ensure that you have enabled all location permissions.
