My Skiin Pod is not being detected by my app. What should I do?

If the app cannot detect your Pod, try the following steps:

  • Please check your phone settings to ensure that Bluetooth is turned on.
  • If the pod is not connected via Bluetooth the pod’s LED rapidly blinks a yellow light indicating that the pod is not connected and is searching for a connection.
    • If it is connected it will blink a slow blue light
  • If the Pod is showing up in your phone Bluetooth settings device list but not paired with the App,  select the pod from the list and click ‘Forget device’ in Bluetooth settings and start the pairing process again.
