To determine your size, measure your waist with a measuring tape while sitting down. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a string then measure the string’s length. If you can’t take your measurements, you can order using your regular underwear size, but keep in mind that Skiin Garments may fit differently than some standard sizes.
