In the app, the Devices page includes a garment signal that indicates connectivity and communication. Options for this signal are Good or No Signal.
No Signal generally means that you’re not wearing the garment, or that the sensors aren’t properly touching your skin. Take these following steps to get a Good Signal.
- Make sure that the garment sensors are properly touching your skin.
- Moisturize your skin where the sensors are in contact.
- Sit down or stand still, and see if the signal improves.
- Disconnect and reconnect the Pod.
