If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes:
- This does not apply to any undergarments or base layers other than the "Try Me On" garments
- Items cannot be returned if they have been removed from the packaging and the seal is broken
- Shipping and handling, return shipping, or other charges are not refundable
- We will accept returns as long as only the "Try Me On" garment has been opened
- Prior to sending your return, you must contact our customer service team via email to receive the return authorization form and number
- Include the return authorization with your return package
- You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned to Skiin (we strongly suggest tracking your order)
Processing time for returns is typically 7-14 business days from the time the product is received by us. However, time frames may vary according to the sole and absolute discretion of Skiin.
Once we receive your return, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt and processing of your return request.
