My Skiin Pod won't connect to the App. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
  2. Place the Pod and phone close to one another - there should be no obstructions between the Pod and your phone
  3. Make sure your Pod is fully charged, with the yellow blinking light indicating that it's ready to pair (when connected, the blinking light will be blue)
  4. If the Pod appears in your phone's Bluetooth settings device list but is still not paired with the app, select the pod from the list and click Forget device, then pair again
  5. If you have an Android phone, ensure that you have enabled all location permissions
