The LED indicator light on my Skiin Pod is off, but I didn't turn it off. What happened?

Before shipping, we set each Pod to Shipping Mode, which essentially means the Pod is sleeping. Pods need to be charged before activating and pairing. To activate the Pod, insert it into the plugged-in charging dock until you see a magenta light. When you remove the Pod, you should see a blinking yellow light, indicating that the Pod is ready to connect.
