The Skiin Pod and Charging Dock are under warranty for 1 year from the day they were purchased. If you experience technical issues with the Pod or charging dock please refer to our Help Center and Troubleshooting Guide. If the issue is not resolved please contact our Support team via our https://skiin.com/pages/contact-us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Myant will only replace the defective part or the product after it has been returned and found to be defective due to normal use. Myant will not replace any products that have been tampered with or found to have been broken due to user negligence.

Garment exchange due to fit:
When you receive your garments, please try on the "Try Me First" garment before opening any other garment packaging to determine sizing. Any opened Garments that do not have a "Try Me First" label cannot be exchanged or returned to Myant, and will void your order of a full refund opportunity.
If you are having issues with fit, please contact our Support team via our https://skiin.com/pages/contact-us or email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to exchange for the correct size.
If a product exchange is necessary, our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label, and a return authorization number and form which must be included with your exchanged product. You are responsible for ensuring the exchanged product is returned to Skiin, thus we strongly suggest tracking your order.
Processing time for an exchange is typically in the range of 7-14 business days from the time the returned product is received by Skiin – but, time frames may vary.
If you are not happy with your purchase made through the Website or App, you may return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not apply to any undergarments or base layers that have been removed from the packaging and the seal is broken. Please ensure that you have only opened the 'Try-Me-First' package for undergarments or base layers to receive a full refund, as we do not offer partial refunds.
In order to process your refund you must contact our customer service team via email, prior to sending your return. You will be given a return shipping label, and a return authorization number and form which must be included with your return. Once received, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the product and processing of your return request.
Processing time for returns is typically in the range of 7-14 business days from the time the product is received by Skiin – but, time frames may vary. You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned to Skiin and Skiin will not process any refunds until it has received the product and confirmed all the contents are in original condition. We strongly suggest tracking your order.
Shipping and handling and return shipping or other charges (as applicable) are not refundable.
